The Voltronic® system is adaptable to any hydraulic, automatic or traditional pressing system.
A sensor measures the volume of juice collected in the "belon"*. The data is sent in real time to the regulation software that automatically adjusts the dwell time of the steps defined in the selected pressing profile.
