Traditional vertical
press with a large surface round plate.The breaking-up of the grape marc
is carried out manually with a pitch fork. Materials in contact with the grape harvest : the thrusting plate
and the cages are made of oak,alimentary polyethylene or inox. The tray is made of concrete or stainless, depending on the
installation.
Designed as a traditional press,this
machine is installed on a mobile stainless steel tray as such does not
require civil-engineering work and therefore may free valuable space,if
necessary,outside the grape-harvest period.
