Automatic horizontal press with large plates of rectangular shape moving simultaneously toward each other.
The breaking-up of the grape marc is carried out by a rotation of a quarter of a turn (90°),bringing the grape marc "cake" perpendicular to the plate.
Materials in contact with the grape harvest:the plates and cages are made of alimentary polyethylene and the rotating tray is made of stainless steel.
The finesse of the work and the break-up of the spent grape marc by the rotating perforated tray of the PAM press lead to the yield of grape-must of a very rare quality,which has enabled this press to be considered as the nec plus ultra of grape presses.
Special feature : a perfect,very fast break-up of the grape marc thanks to the rotating perforated tray.
