The Voltronic programme can be adapted to all the grape-press
systems with a hydraulic jack, both traditional and automatic.
A probe indicates the volume of extracted juice collected in the vat (1).
The information is relayed in real time to the software of the control
system and then analyzed (2). The system automatically adapts the length of
the stages to the pressure graph (3).
